I am feeling excited again about Master Plan. It finally clicked into place in my mind overnight, where I'm going with this chapter, and I've got all these bits jumping about in my head wanting to be written. I'm going to be busy at work today... *g*
Not that I have a clue yet where the chapter will end up. But I know what it's going to do to get there, and I'll let the characters take me where they want to take me.
It's going to be interesting.

I just recently read "Master Plan" and it kept me up through the night. Not only because, eh, hot and my dub-con kink, or the brilliant Master's voice: cheery, scary and insane. I like first person present (easy to mess up, but when done well it's great), and in the story there is just so much that the Master cannot, or will not, see or know or understand that it's like having the stories of everyone else (even the soldiers) in the shadows behind the Master's story and make everything more twisted and interesting.
Can't wait to see how it all comes togehter with "LotTL", especially since this futile kind-of escape attempt still puzzles me and I would love to read your take on it.
That said, the thought of getting one more-or-less normal human (Ianto, I guess?) on the scene scares me. A lot.

... I'll let you know when I have one. Obviously, it will be addressed, but I haven't got that far in my planning yet. *g*

*cackles evilly* It scares me too, actually. I've only got as far as the 'more-or-less normal human's arrival on the Valiant as yet, so I don't know quite how far the Master's going to go either.
I'm afraid I got the chapter well and truly started (it's at c. 1,750 words) last week and just haven't been able to add to it since. But it'll come eventually.
