I got the Giles & Nine fic back from Jades and did quite a lot of work on it at work yesterday - and then forgot to email it home. So it's stuck at work till Wednesday. Good thing the deadline's not till 1 June!

I also got the Doctor/Master fic back from Alex and have quite a lot of work to do on that too, which I will be doing at some point but not right now. :-)

In a day or two, I may well be joining in the resurrection of the Timestamp Meme (which I was thinking of doing anyway, before half my flist got there first) to give me something to work on next week at work. So start thinking!

And this afternoon I'm supposed to be dancing (folk dancing) at a village fete (the village I will hopefully, at some point, be moving to) but tbh it's very wet and I don't know if we're going to be able to dance or not. We'll still be going, though, in an hour or so.

Do I need to start watching my inbox? (last time I asked someone this I hit 'post comment' and their next draft arrived virtually instantaneously! It was spooky.)

Yes, we did dance. In the rain. Not on the grass, but on a bit of road nearby. It went pretty well, actually. And it was just really good fun because we always used to dance at that fete when I was a child and we even did some of the same dances - and my Mum, my husband and my son came to watch, and even my brother and his wife because they already live in that village!

And - er - no, you don't need to watch your inbox yet. I'm having trouble getting my brain round editing this week. I'm fine on RP but writing just isn't happening. I'm poking at it in between everything else, but haven't really got very far yet. :-(

I'm not bothered about it, though. I'm fairly sure I'll get to it at work tomorrow onwards, because there I haven't got anything else that's more fun. *g*
