Hey, that's all right - you replied and that's what matters :-)

And I'm very willing to provide the oven. I love cooking, and especially making cakes :-)

Cakes are good, yes. Very, very good... My current -- ancient -- oven doesn't have a bottom element (don't ask me what was wrong with the insane people who manufactured it), so things only -- well, they only sort of broil. I do bake a little in my electric skillet, but it's pretty hit or miss, and things don't get that lovely golden brown top thing happening. ::leads a bizarre life::
