I have a busy weekend ahead. Tomorrow I have Godspell rehearsal from 10.30 am till 5.30 pm!!!!!!!!!! Which is going to be exhausting, though at least I get to go round Mum's for dinner, because she's having Jack for the last couple of hours as Andy will be going to London to see Jean Michel Jarre. But then I'll have to do all the putting Jack to bed and umpteen nappy changes by myself. So I really don't expect to be online very much at all tomorrow!
As for today, we're off into town soon to get a few last bits and bobs for my costume (because we have costume call tomorrow) and some other stuff we need. Then Andy's off to Clacton to the computer shop he helps out at sometimes (run by a friend) because there are problems with their website, which he designed and maintains. So just me with Jack this afternoon, and I have lots of things I need to do, like the meal planner and Tesco order, and buying Jack some more nappies because all of his seem to be wearing out and he's just not quite ready for potty training yet. I was really hoping they'd last!
Plus normal housework stuff and cooking dinner etc.
Nap-time, I want to work on my Jack/Angel fic - lots of suggestions there from Jades that I need to work through. Note to Nuptse and Lis: I will NOT be role-playing until I've finished that. Or at least done as much as I possibly can on it.
And this evening I should have I'd Do Anything to watch too. During which I might actually get round to knitting some more of
jadesfire2808's hat. (Yes, I have actually got going on that, finally, Jades. Should be done in time for summer! *g*)
Oh, and the clocks go forward tonight, so I can't afford to stay up too late tonight, since I have to be up and out tomorrow. It's also a shame because I've enjoyed being only 4 hours behind my American pals, instead of 5!
So. Busy busy busy. Oh, and I'm trying not to have a cold. My throat is killing me.

You sure are busy. I'm going to laze around all day and maybe study a bit. Yay. I'd come babysitting if I lived anywhere near you.

Wish you were nearer! I could use someone to come and keep Jack occupied this afternoon!

I'm guessing a cold right before massive rehersal for Godspell is a very not good thing. Urgh. Feel better.

Have to say, right now, I'm exhausted from chasing Jack all over town and would really love to be napping with him. But if I do that, I'll never get to sleep early tonight! So. Off to work on fic it is. With a nice cup of tea and a chocolate cookie. :-)

And you will not have a cold!!
It has been nice having them only 4 hours behind hasn't it??

I gave up and went to bed for an hour. Will have to finish the fic this evening. I really do want to get it finished by Monday, since that was the whole point of the exercise!

Sleep is good. I do feel a bit better now. Though whether I'll sleep tonight is another matter.

Evil has rehearsal all afternoon as well, and she's about to cough up a lung. It must be just what happens.

*drinks tea gratefully*
Anyway, I gave up on the fic and went to bed, so I'm sort of around now, though I still have loads to do. But I'm determined to have some fun, so will be RP-ing a bit, once my brain's woken up enough to reply! :-)

Quite ambitious for a bunch of 13-14 year olds, IMHO. She's rather intimidated by the fact that she's the only 7th grader in the play, and has a crush on the boy that plays her father.
Her dad has many many years of musical and straight theater, so I suppose it's in her genes. I thought when I divorced him I had also divorced all the drama queen tendencies, but evidently not. She spent many years as a tot raised in a recording studio and has been performing on stage since she was 8, so she's in her element, but I think the teenage thing is biting her ass in the confidence department. She's still a spazz though.

And that video is hilarious! She's a real performer!
