ETA: I have to go and wake Jack up now, give him lunch and then we're going out with Mum for the afternoon.

But I just want to gloat about the fact that I sat down this morning thinking, "Okay, Master Plan chapter out of the way, let's have a look at that other Doctor/Master thing I started," without having the faintest idea of what was coming next - and I've written exactly 500 words more of it, bringing it nicely to just over 1,000 words already! I like it when I surprise myself like that! :-)
