The open house thing was a bit of a farce - no-one turned up between 1 and 3, but we had some booked for 5.00 (because they were at work earlier) and then another lot came round at 4.00, so at least all that cleaning wasn't for nothing. And it's kind of nice to have a nice clean tidy house for a day or two! :-)
