Been to two parties today - the second birthday party of Olivia, who's the daughter of Sarah who babysat Jack so I could go to dancing a few weeks ago, and then dinner at my parents for my birthday and my sister-in-law. And I got the Torchwood S1 and Doctor Who S2 DVDs!!! :-)
Which means I can be pretty sure of getting DW S3 and JB's album for Christmas!
Had a very nice day and feeling happy. :-)

Really tired again today too and Jack's already got shouted at (by me) for deliberately knocking his bowl of cereal on the floor. He keeps doing that and I am so fed up with clearing it up. Grrr.
Still, yeah, there are very good bits in between the bad. :-)

Cereal spillers are a pain - they think it is the greatest game ever!
You could try offering him some toast instead?

Toast isn't any better, tbh. Still makes an awful mess on the carpet. And yes, I do have a cloth down, but of course he always misses that!

Neither Andy nor I are at all sporty - we're hoping he'll turn out to be artistic like us. We much prefer going to shows or gigs or whatever! *g*
Anyway, we both had a much better afternoon after our naps, so the day's turned out all right in the end. :-)

Indoor pursuits are much more enjoyable from a parental point of view :D
