Just finished my first very rough draft of the Jack/Nine fic. Didn't expect to get there this evening - just sat down to try and fill in some of the gaps, because this was an incredibly bitty story, and ended up filling in all of them!

So now to leave it overnight, come back to it in the morning (or rather, during Jack's nap tomorrow) and sort out what needs to be sorted out, and then get it off to [livejournal.com profile] mad_jaks to beta! :-)

*very happy*

Yeah, I know. I normally comment on pretty much everything I read on my flist, including fic as well as personal entries, 'cause I always think that if I love comments so much, they must make everyone else happy, too. But when I just sit in front of the computer reading one fic after the next 'cause I'm in the mood for this or that, that mostly implies I'm a bit too lazy to comment, too. *hangs head* I know, I should comment more. Sorry!

Yeah, read all of Becky's stuff, too, I think.

And nope, not into Doctor/Master. Unless it's from Jack's point of view. I'm pretty much obsessed with Doctor/Jack or any combination thereof.

*bounces a bit* How are you, by the way?

I do that a lot of times. Especially when I'm new to a fandom, I just literally devour everything there is to read without leaving a single comment. Once that is done, I'll slowly start becoming active myself (maybe) and friending people and commenting more and that kind of stuff.

Gen's good as long as it's got Jack *bounces* Thanks a lot for the rec *bounces more*

I have an awful lot of time for reading, I think. I don't know, school doesn't really take up too much of my time, especially in the time between exams (read: now) and... okay, if I wrote more, I'd probably read less, too. Or drew more. But, alas, I am terribly lazy and sit around all day reading *grins*

I'm bouncy, yeah. Not quite as bouncy as I was yesterday afternoon, but I was ver bouncy yesterday afternoon. Can't be that bouncy all the time, that would be exhausting. And probably annoying to everyone around me *coughs* But, yeah. It would seem I'm a generally bouncy person most of the time *nods*

Heh, before we got Internet, I spend an awful lot of time curled up in some armchair, reading a book. I think I read about 20 books in two weeks per average. I come from a family of very fast readers *laughs*

Yeah, a child does take up a lot of time. While I was in Ireland, I spend a lot of time playing best friend/babysitter/surrogate mum to a two year old girl 'cause no one else had time for her. But then, I never was really responsible for her, so I could always just kick her out. Not that I really did, 'cause I did feel responsible, but still. Not the same as having a child yourself, is it? Ehm. I did have a point somewhere, I think.

You named your son Jack? *giggles happily* Was that a coincidence/do you just like the name/have any relatives with that name or did it have anything to do with a certain Captain?

I don't think I could stop being bouncy. I think I actually became more bouncy in the last months. Or last years. Didn't use to be this bouncy. Used to be a quiet and introverted little child, me.

I can imagine it must be hard to find the balance. But at least you realise that there has to be some sort of balance. I think some people never realise that and it just drains them. Oh, well.

It makes perfect sense :D

Fic? Yay! *bounces* Does that mean I might actually get to read it today if I stay up long enough? *beams*

Oh, well. I shall await it patiently (or not so patiently :D)
