To go with my chosen character of Penelope Garcia from Criminal Minds, I got given Toshiko Sato from Torchwood!
I was a bit meh about it for about a minute because I've never been particularly interested in Tosh, but I've been watching TW S1 and noticed her a lot more and can actually hear her voice in my head now, for probably the first time ever. And also, after about that first minute, I realised... OMG, one geek girl to another, one techie to another, they are going to get along so well! Maybe Garcia can bring Tosh out of her shell a little? They're both so similar in some ways and yet Garcia has the whole external confidence thing going for her (even if inside she's actually really rather shy like Tosh) and wow, this is actually a really, really interesting pairing!
Really rather excited about this one now!

I have also signed up for a couple of dates for this - I still have at least one new 'old' fic to finish and post, and I have a couple of drabbles started recently too, so I'm sure I'll be able to come up with at least the two I've signed up for and possibly more. Especially if lockdown is still on by July, and I strongly suspect that even if it's not then none of my singing/dancing/acting actitivies will have started up yet, so I should still have time for writing!

Soooo many times over the years I have perused the prompts spreadsheet, and I have several docs in my draft fic file titled "ROK"... and yet I think there's literally only one I've ever managed to post. Maybe this time I'll actually sign up and I'll actually write something....
Seriously, there are tonnes of brilliant prompts there, many of them not fandom specific, so go and take a look and sign up as well! It doesn't seem like many people have been involved in recent years, but now is the perfect time to make the most of having more free time (if you have - I'm well aware that not everyone has!) and writing something kinky!
(Tbh not all the kinks are at all kinky. So your fic doesn't actually have to be kinky at all.)
So... I guess I have a lot of writing to do!
