Whee! I've just finished the first draft of Connection Part 2 (which I should probably start calling part 3 now, considering I added a drabble in there)!!! 6,500 words, probably about 5,000 of them new, the rest integrated from the first, now very different, draft I started waaaay back in 2007 after posting the first part.
And oh god but I am enjoying this. I've been rewatching a bit of Buffy inbetween everything else and am now up to early S7 which admittedly doesn't have very much Giles at all but god is he hot in those few little snippets we see of him! And I feel this fic definitely goes a little way towards explaining that wonderful dommy Giles we get coming back to Sunnydale in Two to Go with "I'd like to test that theory!" :-D
