Nope, sorry, you've lost me with this one.
Too many separate stories with virtually no interaction between the main characters, and far too much gore and horror. Apart from Jack (though honestly, how naive can a man be after living that long?) and Rhys, I didn't really enjoy much at all. It felt too bitty, no pace, no tension, just horror, which is NOT MY THING.
And I was looking forward to it so much as well. :-(
Ah well, at least next week's looks more interesting, even if I'm not convinced by Gwen turning on Jack one tiny bit. *g*
