Have to admit, I felt a little underwhelmed. It was good, and very clever of course, but after such a fantastic - and unexpected until almost the last moment - twist last week, this felt to me more like just a nice, neat tying up of loose ends without much excitement or tension. Perhaps because I knew Amy was coming back, and so was River and of course the Doctor - the only person whose fate was in question was Rory and I'm really glad he's still around because he's lovely. I did love the surprise of him appearing as the museum guard! (Though weird that he stayed in Roman dress right up until 1941 and only after that decided to update! And wasn't he incredibly sane after all that?)
Anyway. It was really cool to discover that all the speculation about Jacket!Doctor was right, though equally cool that that particular appearance wasn't actually made via the Vortex Manipulator at all. And it was cool that the cracks *did* explain the 'gaps' in Amy's life - her parents, perhaps some of her missing time, even the duck pond without ducks and the way the village didn't remember the Daleks and the giant Cyberman, I guess! But it does feel that there were some things that weren't explained, like Rory's badge (which must, after all, have been a real mistake) and, more importantly, who was that voice that kept saying there would be silence? And who was controlling the TARDIS to make it explode? If that was explained, I missed it, and really it is the most important part of the whole thing, if the TARDIS exploding was what caused all those cracks in the first place!
One thing that has come out of this two-parter is that I really love River now. She's backed up that smugness by showing herself to be very clever and cunning and practical and knowledgeable and just incredibly cool. I adore her chemistry with the Doctor, which makes you completely forget the (real life) age difference and just works. Really looking forward to seeing more of that next season.
Also? Matt Smith is a really amazing actor.
Oh, and the idea of the TARDIS as 'something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue' tying in the wedding was just really neat. Very cheesy, yes, but really cool too! Makes me wonder if that's where the whole idea of Amy getting married came from!

Rory really rocks and he's one character that makes me think Moff really did learn from RTD's mistakes. There was so much potential for Rory to be Mickey all over again (as much as I came to love Mickey.)
"She is to me!" GREAT MOMENT! Welcome back Rory. :)
