Bloody sinuses

I hate my sinuses. I should be asleep. I was asleep. For about an hour and a half. Then I woke up with screaming pain in my face. I've been having sinus pains for a couple of weeks now, as I always seem to around this time of year, and the doctor put me on antibiotics but I don't think they're helping - I think it must be something in the air not an infection - and it BLOODY HURTS.

Grrr.

I want to sleep.

(And I was so sleepy when I woke up with the pain that I misread the clock and thought it was 3:40 not 1:40 so I took some more paracetamol only 2 hours after the last lot. Oops.)

Thank you! The pain's dying down a little now due to painkillers, steam inhalation, teething gel and cup of hot water held next to my cheek, but it's still there :-( I need distraction.

Was just Googling Avon/Jack to see what there was and coming up with absolutely nothing. Surely someone must have written it!

No that wasn't sarcasm. Blake was the most boring main character ever to exist. He wasn't interesting, he wasn't good-looking, he wasn't sexy...

Thanks for your sympathy. They're still hurting now - didn't really stop, though I did get a couple more hours' sleep.
