Very nice! Luckily, we haven't got loads of garden waste as yet, since there was hardly anything in the garden here (unlike our old garden, which needed trimming far more than we ever managed!) but I did have my fingers in compost for several hours this afternoon and my nails are filthy!
It's never really been a problem before, since I pick them and they're not usually long enough to trap dirt...

One of my mother's neighbours volunteered me the use of the skip they have hired, today, for some garden rubbish. Wasn't that nice of her?
