Work and Auditions

I will be at work this afternoon and all day tomorrow and Friday, so the usual stuff applies - I won't be here or on IJ, but I will be available for chatting on unfeathered72@gmail.com if anyone wants me, and I do love to hear from people! I've also finally got round to switching all my IJ and LJ accounts to that address so I'll get comments there, even if I won't be able to reply to them.

And the fact that it's auditions tonight means it could be really late by the time I get back. I'll probably still be around for a little bit, but obviously I'll have to get up early tomorrow so I can't afford to be too late to bed - especially since I'm still really tired, even after a 1 1/2 hour nap yesterday and a decent night's sleep last night.

Auditions

No results yet. There were a lot of people auditioning and it went on a bit (finished about 10.35) so they're going to ring people rather than making them wait around this evening while they discussed the casting.

However, I strongly suspect I may be getting the part of Grandma. Dead Grandma back from the grave in a dream - sings a couple of pages of song and that's it. I suspect this because I was the only person to audition for the part.

Which. Would be different. I've never played a Grandma before! I've never really had a comedy part before either, but I'm getting to the stage where I'm that much more confident in my acting and I want a character part, something with a bit of meat to it.

Well, we'll see. I'm really not bothered either way. I'm totally happy just being chorus.

What else? Um, I finished up editing the Giles & Nine fic which I'd left at work last week and sent it back off to Jades (so Jades, if you didn't get it, let me know!) and brainstormed very briefly (because that was all that was needed) with Alex on the Master/Doctor fic, which I hope to finish editing at work tomorrow.

I think that's all. Will be off to bed fairly soon, 'cos I'm tired.
