Nicked off [livejournal.com profile] chatona:

1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the next four to seven sentences on your LJ along with these instructions.
5. Don't you dare dig for that "cool" or "intellectual" book in your closet! I know you were thinking about it! Just pick up whatever is closest [unless it's too troublesome to reach and is really heavy. Then go back to step 1].

Remove the skin from the peppers and blot dry with absorbent kitchen paper.

2. Place 1 red pepper in a foodprocessor or blender and pulse until roughly chopped. Transfer to a bowl, add the cheese and mix well. Season to taste.

3. Using a sharp knife, make a lengthways slit in each chicken breast and spoon in a little of the cheese mixture. Wrap 2 slices of ham around each chicken breast and enclose in foil parcel. Cook at 190 degrees C for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.

Sure enough, it's a recipe, though the book isn't just a cook book; it's the Reader's Digest Food for Your Body book - it's my Mum's and nearby because I've been looking up good foods for stress/depression. This is, ironically, from the section on boosting your immune system, which I was looking at just a minute ago! And the recipe looks nice. I might have to make that...
