dune_drd told me to go and write rather than beta her fic, I, well, sat down and wrote at work today. And ended up writing another 1,134 words! Which means the first draft of the chapter is just about done!
It's a short chapter, under 3,000 words - the shortest since Part 2! - but I don't think there's any point trying to make it any longer. (Unless my betas think I need to add stuff, of course! *g*)
And with luck, that means you'll all get to read it sooner. Though obviously you have to bear in mind that I'm away Monday to Friday next week (though I will have internet access) and moving house the Thursday after! So I don't know if I'll get it finished and posted before then. I've got another fic I'm working on too, so. Well. We'll just see what happens!
But anyway. I'm feeling good. :-)

(I'll still be around. The complex has wi-fi and we're both taking our laptops, and it's not like we can go out in the evening so I'll definitely be around then and at various points during the day!)
