If you could have me write absolutely anything - genre, fandom, character, rating, whatever - if I'm familiar with it or not, what would it be?

I've never done this one before, so I'm very interested in seeing what anyone says! :-)

Actually, I had just started a Jack/Owen (well, sort of) before I swore off writing, but it was doing my head in trying to work it out. If I get my head back properly at some point I'll try and finish it. :-)

Tosh, Gwen, Martha, Rose - Something from a female POV.

Hey, I did Rose's POV in Day After! (And yes, I'd forgotten that too until I was doing my monthly round-up earlier today.)

And I still actually have those couple of Martha drabbles I mentioned ages ago but keep forgetting to post...

Tosh and Gwen will have to wait till I've seen more TW. But I'm sure there will be at least drabbles at some point. :-)

(And I have no icons with females in them. Hmm. Really not into the ladies. Could you tell? *g*)

Awww, I'm sorry, didn't know you were sick. I like things that make me laugh when I'm sick - stuff like donutsweeper writes. :-)

The only sound was the whisper and rustle of wind through the grass, the view was clear of signs of habitation and civilization, all the way to the horizon. The landscape was desolate, but the fading light of day gilded the rolling hills gold and made them beautiful.

For a long time they stood together, side by side and silent. Jack watched the grass rippling in the wind, and the Doctor watched it ruffle Jack's hair.

It was the Doctor that broke the near silence. "We should get moving. Nothing to see here."

"After the sun's finished setting." Jack didn't look at the Doctor while he spoke.

"Just a sunset. Must've seen a million of 'em before," the Doctor grumbled.

Jack turned to look at the Doctor. "Sure I have, but I've never seen this one set, on this day, with you. Now shut up and enjoy the show."

When Jack looked away again, the Doctor rolled his eyes. He also shut up, turned his eyes back toward the horizon, and watched the bloody sunset.

oh, good point, I hadn't thought of that. Long enough Giles got over his hatred of Spike and could see the softer, trying side. (does that make any sense?) Maybe even apologize for the whole 'tried to have you killed' thing in "Lies my Parents told Us" in Buffy's last season

Wow. That's a bit unexpected.

*Thinks about the logistics* Something like that would have to be AU because the only Master I can write is Simm, and he was only around very briefly, without a working TARDIS, by which time Angel was already dead.

It's an interesting idea. Not a pairing I can initially see together. I think I can see it more with one of the older Masters, because they're old-fashioned guys like Angelus. Simm!Master is a very modern kind of Master.

*nods* AU is fun. And I had Simm!Master in mind, to be honest, when I gave you the prompt. Might be the fact that Mr. I'm An Evil Genius and the Brooding Evil Wonder are chatting in my head, and possibly under the influence of a box of alien donuts, 'cause they haven't decided to kill/maim/destroy anyone/anything yet.

Shall be interesting to see what you come up with.
