jadesfire2808 has very kindly volunteered to co-ordinate getting together so people can actually meet each other! Her post is here.
If you can't make that day but still want to come, it's on for the whole week.
I can put people up if they need it (and give lifts from Chelmsford to Braintree and back). We don't actually have a spare room as such, but we have a sofa and a lot of floor in the living/dining room, so if you don't mind roughing it, could be a laugh! :-)
