OK, since my birthday seems a very appropriate day to nick this meme off half my flist and put off actually working on Master Plan. (Don't worry, I will get Chapter 8 out today, just not this instant.)
ETA: 2nd Meme (but I'm putting it up here otherwise it'll get lost). Out of the 40 fics I've posted - I'm counting the chapter of Master Plan that I'll post later today, because it makes a nice round number - 10 of them are NC-17. Five are chapters of Master Plan plus there's one MP drabble. The others are Constant, What They Had in Mind (2 drabbles), Lessons Learned, and Staked (the follow-up ficlet to my Spike/Jack drabbles). So four of those are pretty short. Which is interesting.
Anyway, that means a quarted of my fics have sex in them. Obsessed? Me? *g*

I seriously haven't read a book in months. I read LJ instead. The last one was a Dick Francis, but I can't remember which one.
24- Is there such a thing as love at first sight, or it is more likely to be "lust at first sight"?
My husband fell in love at first sight. (Yes, with me!) I took about five dates longer, but to be fair I'd just got out of a really clingy relationship.

'My Brother Michael' by Mary Stewart.
26- When was the last time you visited the street where you first lived?
Earlier this year, when we were trying to decide where to move to.
27- When was the last time you googled your own name?
Months ago. It never comes up with anything except family tree stuff.

English lit.

Science. Except physics. I liked physics.

I used to. Then I got fat. I still don't expect to see fat-face when I look in the mirror.

A week. Arizona, and Italy – two separate trips.

I have Windows Live Messenger. I only have three friends though, and one of them is my husband. And I keep forgetting to turn it on.

It's plain blue.

I have been writing a lot, haven't I? I honestly can't believe how much - 40 fics in four months. Wow. And my word count for this month is going to be MASSIVE, even if I write nothing more!
Which is why it's definitely time for a break.

Breaks are very good. I haven't written this much since I was at school. Possibly not even then. (Hmm, might try and work out a rough word count for one of those novels and see how they compare. They weren't long - even the one I have sort of finished is only 60,000 words, but I did write pretty much one every term!)
Anyway, I was going to say, yes. Break = good. I'm feeling really relieved that I don't have to be thinking about anything right now. Give my brain a chance to catch up.
