There was rather a lot of angsty stuff between Clara and the Doctor, and I thought the abrupt reversal of heart from Clara at the end really was very abrupt and I couldn't see how she'd got there, but apart from that, this much more felt like a proper adventure story again, with characters who felt like that at least had a little depth to them (even if not much). And Frank Skinner was excellent.
Best bit? The realisation that the gorgeous 20's style song at the beginning was 'Don't Stop Me Now'. Can't believe how well that worked.
I was also very relieved that they did refer back to the Doctor having previously mentioned the Orient Express in Space. I was worried that there'd be a huge plot hole that they wouldn't!
