I've got the Doctor (Ten) talking about his TARDIS a lot and I can't for the life of me remember if he normally refers to it as 'it' or 'she'.
Anyone help me, please? :-)
(Jack undressing icon to spur your thoughts my way! *g*)

Of course, that doesn't tell you what he *actually* says.

But! In "Rise of the Cybermen," when he thinks she's dead, he calls her she. Twice.

I dunno what's wrong with her, she's sort of... queasy. Indigestion, like she didn't wanna land.

Now I've just got to figure out what the Master would call it!

And I'd certainly got the impression he'd be very derogatory about it even without that quote, which made me giggle. Overweight! :-)
What was the Master's TARDIS like? Did we ever see it?
(Sorry, I'm just being lazy - can't be bothered to go look stuff up.)

From the beginning, the Master's TARDIS has been newer, (er--type 80 rather than 40, iirc) but it usually looks like his inside (they didn't have the budget to build another set, I'm guessing) except once it was black where the Doctor's is white--that was a snazzy one. His chameleon circuit actually works, so it's been disguised as, oh, let me think: a grandfather clock, an iron maiden, a big old marble fireplace (pretty!) a pillar quite a few times... uhm. I think that's the limits of my knowledge. Oh! A jet plane (Concorde) and a...um, I don't know what you call them--a travel trailer once. (The Doctor called it a horse box--oh, here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LqA6-P7e6J8 If you haven't seen this, you need to--it's a vid to a song called "When You're Evil," by Voltaire, and the travel trailer thingie's in it.)
