Fic rec: The Hand Can Reach by Trobadora

I have just read the most amazing fic and I just had to recommend it to absolutely everybody I know: trobadora's The Hand Can Reach.

Basically what it does is make sense of the way the Doctor has acted towards Jack ever since day one, and it's just beautifully written and nearly made me cry.
