Children In Need Special - Time Crash

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant!

"You've changed the desktop theme?" - fantastic line!

And the idea of the Doctor being his own biggest fan.

And the wibbly-wobbly-timey-wimey stuff.

And the mention of the Master.

And just Peter Davison being so lovely, and David Tennant being sooooooo geeky fan-boy - the adoration in his face all the way through... So much fun. So wonderful! Love it.

(Oh, and I guess "Check out this bone structure, Doctor, 'cos one day you're going to be shaving it" answers the question once and for all about whether Time Lords need to shave!)

On the other hand, John, you were crap. Stick to musicals. Nice outfit and hair, though. :-)

ETA: Also see [livejournal.com profile] smithy161's post here because she mentioned all the things I forgot to mention here. *g*

I missed John, caught the end of Time Crash and immediately came running to the computer to watch it properly.

And was soooo glad I was sitting down, so I could flail properly. Also glad that the other half is out of the house... I think there must have been hundreds of fans across the country going 'he's my Doctor too!' I know I was :)

Please, please let Stephen Moffat write lots and lots more Doctor Who, because he just *gets* the Doctor, more than anyone else.

"Does he still have that rubbish beard?"
"No. No beard. Well, a wife."

This means Doctor/Master is totally canon now, right?!??!

It took me twice through to catch that line, and then I was like, "Wait! They did NOT just do that. OH SHIT." :D

Hi! I've been...well, around somewhere! We have been two LJs passing in the night. Or something. Er...I'm still a bit hyper from sheer David Tennant love, sorry. He is SUCH a fanboy.

[identity profile] hellenebright.livejournal.com 2007-11-16 11:28 pm (UTC)(link)
Five and Ten are made of Win.

John, on the other hand, was marginally better than on the album (from the clip I've heard), but really....even the bloody Spice Girls put more ooomph into it (well, except for Posh, who seems to have been botoxed into some kind of undead existence.

Oh, and I've just realised why you keep not showing up on my flist.....yes, I somehow never friended you. Gah! This is the woman who couldn't organise a party where alcoholic beverage is consumed, in a place where alcoholic beverage is produced.

Do you mind if I friend you now, even if I am the most disorganised person in the world.

Thank you, I shall do so forthwith (or else I'll forget again).

And as my kids said of the song "you have to be gay to sing it" (and no, I don't think they meant gay as in "fancies chaps")

Still, at least John got to prove to my Molly that he doesn't just wear tatty Reeboks and jeans you'd paint the kitchen it.
