We haven't seen him drink.
I think you'll find we have... and I have an icon somewhere to prove it ;-) Which - hopefully - you won't mind me pointing out as it seems you're in the 'he'll sneak a quick one when he *really* needs one' brigade.

Oh yes, we did definitely seem him drink after Estelle and the real Captain Jack. :-)
